DISTREE Events welcomes applications from speakers and content providers for all future events. Each regional event offers unrivalled access to senior executives from vendors, distributors, retailers and e-tailers involved in the ICT and consumer technology channels. Speaking opportunities at DISTREE Events include participation in panel discussions, workshop sessions, plenary sessions and focused summits.

DISTREE Events is prepared to consider all topics, but particularly welcomes content related to the following areas:

DISTREE Events can work with speakers on a case-by-case basis to assess suitability of content, presentation format and pre- and post-event engagement with event delegate base.


To apply to speak at a DISTREE Event, please contact Liam McSherry, detailing which event(s) you wish to be considered for and an outline of the proposed topic and content.

Please note the following guidelines relating to speaking at DISTREE events:


  • Speakers at DISTREE events are responsible for their own hotel and travel expenses (unless otherwise agreed)

  • Speakers from vendors and brand principles must put forward a non-commercial topic for consideration. Vendors and brand principles wishing to make a commercial presentation at a DISTREE event should contact for more information

  • Speakers get full access to all sessions at the event(s) they attend as well as the exhibition area

  • Speakers may also be granted access to the one-on-one meeting scheduler at the event(s) they participate in. This depends on the level of contribution of a speaker to an event. The one-on-one meeting scheduler is not available to speakers at all DISTREE events

  • All speakers must provide content and presentation information within deadlines set by DISTREE Events. All content must be pre-approved by DISTREE Events prior to presentation

  • All speakers must provide photo, bio and company details for inclusion on DISTREE websites and event materials

  • DISTREE Events does not share delegate lists with speakers

  • All speakers are requested to make PDF copies of their presentations available to delegates after the event. It is possible to supply a modified version to remove confidential information

  • DISTREE Events reserves the right to reject all speaker applications that are deemed unsuitable for inclusion at an event

  • DISTREE Events covers transfers to/from local airport for each event and all meals as per the conference agenda. Speakers will be liable for any extra charges they incur at an event
